Next rain fall, go out and dance in the rain. Park your car near by and blast cheesy/romantic/whatever song that you both like and get soaking wet doing so.

Go to your local Party Store and rent a helium tank good for around 75 balloons. Buy around 8 dozen or more packages of balloons. Go home and blow them up in the bedroom. Don’t forget to leave at least 2-3 dozen (without helium) for the floor and bed. Add some candles and some fresh flowers for the room. Then get your favorite board game and set it up on the bed.

Go bowling with your date. Compete against each other. The better bowler has to win by a certain number of pins, which you negotiate up front. Winner gets a back massage.

My boyfriend took me to my favorite place on earth, the beach. We went to the top of a high deck that overlooked the ocean, surrounded by trees. It was breathtaking. Months later, he took me to the same spot on a cold winter night with a new moon. He brought a blanket and hot tea. We gazed at stars, their constellations, and planets that he had studied in high school. Those dates didn't cost a dime and were memorable.

Relive your childhood with an afternoon recalling your fondest memories. Spend the day tree climbing, eating peanut butter sandwiches, and drinking chocolate milk. You'll enjoy the pastimes these activities will recall.

Spend a Sunday evening reading a few chapters in scriptures or a few spiritual stories. Afterwards, have a spiritual discussion together. This is a way to deepen your relationship.

Buy 11 fresh roses and one fake one with a note attached, which reads: "I will love you until the last rose petal falls" (which is never, because one of them is fake).

Take the time to make a CD of favorite love songs. Go dancing down by the riverfront, lake, or ocean with a CD player and slow dance until the sun goes down. Watch the stars come out, and talk about your dreams for the future.

Go to a diner for lunch. Sit on the same side of a restaurant booth. Share a ice-cream sundae or a smoothie or french fries.
